I may have to camp on this verse for a bit. I am going to need to meditate on the depths of this truth until Daddy gives me revelation.
This is one of those verses that I tend to glaze over because it simply can’t be literal. It is beyond my darkened mind’s capacity to take in. While the words are simple and straight forward, easily understood, the meaning in those words is deeper than mere human reasoning. Daddy, how in the world am I to grasp the fact that I own this earth? Even more challenging is wrapping my head around the fact that I am in charge. There goes my concept of “sovereignty.” There goes all of my excuses.
Why in the world would you place Your creation in my hands?
STOP! LOOK! LISTEN!
I need to ask that again…
…Daddy, why in the world would You place Your creation in my hands?
I need to sit here for 24 hours and give Daddy a chance to answer before going any further.
Let’s “wait on the Lord” while we ponder…
