“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” (1 John 4:1 NKJV)
“We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well to take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arises in your heart.” (2 Peter 1:19 KJV)
“The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.” (Romans 8:16 NKJV)
On October 23rd 2019 at 1:30 a.m., while working as a third shift custodian at Resurrection Life Full Gospel Church, the Lord clearly spoke the following to my spirit. While I did not hear an audible voice, what I heard inside was so clear that I could almost hear it. He instructed me to take out my phone and speak out what He was saying. The following is what He spoke to my heart:
“On August 25th 2020 I am going to Supernaturally release you into a long-term Ministry. In the natural, you have a lineage that allows you to fully expect to live to be 90. I am adding My “Super” to your “natural”. I will Supernaturally invert your age so that at 60 you will be 30, at 90 you will be 60, and at 120 you will be 90. At that point it will be up to you whether you stay in this earth or go home. The only thing that will alter this plan will be My return “
“I have given you the promise Eric. Now I am giving you the assignment. You are to work out your body daily from now until August 25th 2020. You are to do your part to make a 60 year old body 30 years old. You are to immediately search the scripture under the guidance of the Holy Spirit to find the passages, the verses, to run with. You are to find the verses, write them down, then memorize them. Verses of Life. Verses of longevity. Verses of Youth. Verses that will give you the supernatural ability to walk this out. You are my child Eric and I’m giving you Supernatural life to fulfill the call that I put in you. You will run and not grow weary, you will walk and not faint, you will fulfill every call and every promise that I’ve given you.”
I think that we miss most of what the Lord is saying to us because we either don’t know (or believe) that He is talking; or we don’t know what His voice sounds like. I have progressively learned to listen to that “still small voice” within me. What I hear typically sounds like listening to my own thoughts due to the fact that the Spirit normally speaks to my spirit which in turn filters into my mind. Paul showed us clearly in his writing to the Thessalonians that we have 3 parts (spirit, soul, and body). I am a spirit that has a soul (mind) and lives in a body (my “earthsuit). When I made Jesus the Lord of my life the Holy Spirit took up residence within me. He is the voice of God the Father within me. When He speaks within me, He speaks primarily to my spirit. Rarely does He speak directly to my mind. When He does it is either externally audible (this has only happened once in my life that I am aware of) or internally with the same clarity as if it were externally audible (this is what I shared above; which for me has been very rare). I normally discern thoughts which I sense to be coming from the Spirit. Word to the wise, check anything that you think may be communication from the Spirit against the written Word of God (Bible) which is a “more sure Word.” If I have a thought, or even think I hear a voice, which does not line up with the clear teachings of the Bible then I know it is not of God.
After confirming that the message I shared above was in agreement with scripture, I received it as from the Lord. I then began to run with it in my daily life activities. I immediately began training myself to act, and think, as though I were once again 30. Even if what I heard were nothing more than the wishful thinking of a man trying to avoid aging, it had a hugely positive impact on my life! At this point I had 10 months until this very special birthday celebration. I was determined to be ready to receive this gift from my Lord. Little did I know just how challenging a period of time 2020 would become. We will move into that tomorrow.
