“I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me. No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.”
(Philippians 3:12-14 NLT)
“We all experience times of testing, which is normal for every human being, but God will be faithful to you. He will screen and filter the severity, nature, and timing of every test or trial you face so that you can bear it. And each test is an opportunity to trust him more, for along with every trial God has provided for you a way of escape that will bring you out of it victoriously.” (1 Corinthians 10:13 TPT)
“Because of this, you must wear all the armor that God provides so you’re protected as you confront the slanderer, for you are destined for all things and will rise victorious.” (Ephesians 6:13 TPT)
Standing in faith for a needed breakthrough is easy, and even exhilarating, on day 1, but what about on day 1000? Resting in a promise is refreshing on day 2, but what about day 2000?
Let’s take today, right now as you are reading this, to take a stand for a needed breakthrough, regardless of how long it has been.
Here is what I recommend you speak, yes speak out loud, right now…
…”Thank you Father for giving me the desires of my heart.
In Jesus’ Name I command whatever has been blocking or delaying my breakthrough to be removed. Go! You have no right to get in the way.
I have been set free from…(add whatever you are dealing with)… I decree that my breakthrough for…(add whatever you are believing for)…is coming NOW in Jesus’ Name!
I am standing in the gap for anyone out there who has been beat down by the battle of your life. I stand in agreement with you for a fresh revelation of the redeeming, restoring, reviving power of Christ to free you from your captivity.
Breakthrough is on its way. Keep speaking and believing it as you continue to ponder…
