“So the LORD blessed Job in the second half of his life even more than in the beginning. For now he had 14,000 sheep, 6000 camels, 1000 teams of oxen, and 1000 female donkeys. He also gave Job seven more sons and three more daughters. He named his first daughter Jemimah, the second Keziah, and the third Keren-happuch. In all the land no women were as lovely as the daughters of Job. And their father put them into his will along with their brothers. Job lived 140 years after that, living to see four generations of his children and grandchildren. Then he died, an old man who had lived a long, full life.” (Job 42:12-17 NLT)
“All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” (2 Corinthians 5:18 ESV)
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.” (James 1:17 NKJV)
If you have been following me at all, then you know that back in 2018 I was at an all-time low. Physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, in every way I was in bad shape. I was basically collapsed. The Lord got ahold of me, reawakened me, told me that He was returning the thirty years that I had squandered, and launched me back into life.
I am sitting here thinking about those of you who may be reading this that are at that lowest point today. Maybe you’re the one that has hit the bottom. Maybe you are depressed and physically struggling, and not where you want to be mentally or emotionally. It’s never too late.
God can resurrect your life. He can restore what you’ve lost, and give you even more. He’s doing it for me, and He can do it for you. Give your life to Him and watch what He can do.
God is in the restoration business. He loves to reconcile broken relationships. He is thrilled to heal broken bodies. He takes great pleasure in mending broken hearts. He longs to renew minds, and refresh weary lives. He wants to restore to more!
