“We demolish arguments and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God; and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” (2 Corinthians 10:5 BSB)
“But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment.” (Matthew 12:36 BSB)
“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.” (Galatians 6:7 NKJV)
Here’s the thought for the day:
The way that I think, speak, and act will greatly impact and influence my life experience. And my life experience will have a large influence and impact on the experience of thoughts around me.
I think that’s why the Bible tells me that I am to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. That’s why I am told that I will give account one day for every idle word that I speak. And that God is not mocked, what I sow I will reap.
If you’re not satisfied with your current life experience today then I challenge you to change the way you think, change the way you speak, and change the way you act. As you do this, you will see change in what you experience.
Ponder that today as you move forward from…
