Do you have any hopes and dreams that have remained just out of reach? They are so close that you can taste them, but just far enough away that you can’t actually wrap your arms around them. There is nothing more frustrating than knowing what you are meant to do but not being able to do it. Every time you get close something, or someone, gets in the way (many times you are that someone). You finally decide to take a risk and get your hopes up only to have them dashed on the rocks one more time. OUCH!
I have lived in that space for far too much of my life. That is why I am excited to write this blog today. The day has arrived for dreams to come true. The time is now for making it happen! No more waiting. Time to get this show on the road (literally)!
The Lord has miraculously provided the Ford Transit Connect that will serve as my “mini-home on wheels.” My introductory booklet has been created and published (first 50 copies just arrived). I have a list of the first 41 churches that I will be visiting. My first trip will be in just two weeks. It is my plan to spend the next twelve to twenty four months traveling from place to place participating in worship and following the Holy Spirit’s lead in giving out my introductory booklets to whomever he directs. This is truly a “Tree of Life” that is taking root.

If your hope has been deferred and you are feeling sick inside, give it to Jesus. He will heal your broken heart and revive your dream. His love will cast out your fear and refill you with confidence. He has done it for me. If he has done it for me he can do it for anybody! Yes, even you.
Step out in faith today. It will give substance to your hope as you walk out…
