As I was considering how to talk about verse 8, Daddy spoke to my heart and said that He wanted to use the truth about Himself that He shared through the Apostle Paul to expand on the message He gave through David. The Bible states that “God is love.” Therefore, one of the best descriptions of what David was writing in verse 8 is found in 1 Corinthians 13. Daddy wanted me to replace the word “love” with “Yahweh. Here we go…
“Yahweh is large and incredibly patient. Yahweh is gentle and consistently kind to all. Yahweh refuses to be jealous when blessing comes to someone else. Yahweh does not brag about His achievements nor inflate His own importance. Yahweh does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek His own honor. Yahweh is not easily irritated or quick to take offense. Yahweh joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong. Yahweh is a safe place of shelter, for He never stops believing the best of others. Yahweh never takes failure as defeat, for He never gives up. Yahweh never stops loving.” (1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 TPT adapted)
Any image of the true identity of my Daddy other than pure love and goodness is completely out of focus.
